3 lbs of raw green peanuts
1 cup of powdered crab boil
1/4 cup of liquid crab boil
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
5 – 6 cloves of garlic
Add all of the ingredients into a deep pot and cover with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover & reduce to a low-medium heat. Cook for about an 1 hour & 15 minutes. Test them out and see if they are the desired texture you prefer. If not, continue to cook for an additional 15 minutes. For best results, let the peanuts soak overnight. After soaking, strain the peanuts from the pot & begin to chow down.
